Yoga and posture could help!

Have you ever had back pains that threatened or even affected your posture? Is it affecting your close relatives or even friends? Worry no more. I have gone through that and guess what, I am now a little taller and confident as a testimony to the bad posture recovery. I will share with you how I used yoga and posture corrective brace to revert to my confident posture.

Bad posture affected me in a number of ways. Firstly, it deepened depression as it was clearly observed by my yoga teachers. I showed lower energy and very low emotions. This extended to my career since it affected my confidence and altered peoples attitude towards my always bent over posture while walking. I also looked heavier and my circulation became poor. In other words, these combinations were now calling for diseases associated with passiveness. All these came to end after hard thinking and compelling decisions. I decided I had to do something about it. That is what am passing to you now.

I approached an expert who calmed me down and advised me of yoga and posture corrective braces. Yoga is a mixture of physical and mental practices and exercises which are centered on meditative proposes. These control the body and the mind in order to release it from suffering. After a lengthy discussion with the posture expert, I enrolled in yoga classes and bought some posture correction braces.

 

I was introduced to some yoga practices which I undertook every day. The first was a bridge pose. This required that I lie on my back, bend my knees and keep my arms by my side and wiggle my shoulders elongating my arms on the floor. Then I would breathe deeply and hold the pose and repeat these five times. The second was to lie on a mat facing down, my legs extended, my palms under my shoulders, inhale pulling my torso forward and lifting my thighs and torso off the floor with five repetitions. The last one was to form a table top kind of a shape. It involved sitting on the floor with feet flat on the floor and palms by my side. You inhale pressing the heels and palms and lifting the hips until the spine becomes parallel with the floor with the head falling back. Three to five repetitions are required with at least holding breath for three seconds.

Posture braces depend on the posture problem to be corrected. For my case. I had an upper back posture problem and I was recommended to use upper posture braces. I used to wear these braces (upper back and shoulder) for about four to five hours a day and they actually assisted my body to get the feeling associated with the normal posture. Some upper back braces can provide vibration mechanisms to improve posture quickly.

There are also lower back postural types of braces, sitting posture types, equipment for spine mobilization and correction, electronic muscle retraining for posture equipment, provisions for pillows that help get the correct sleeping posture and posture to correct your feet.My expert monitored my constant improvement for about fifteen days. After a month, I had recovered to a great extent.

Therefore, I would recommend these yoga exercises as well as the posture braces for correction of posture problems. It can be done. Read on at
